The House of Te Phan, is a catholic operated orphanage, located in district 3 of Ho Chi Minh City. Under the care of Fr. Binh and Sr. Minh Thu, the orphanage provides accommodation for around 80 children of all ages, many of them with severe physical and mental handicaps.
La Maison Te Phan est un orphelinat catholique, situé dans le district 3 de Ho Chi Minh-Ville. Sous la garde du Père Binh et de Sr. Minh Thu, l’orphelinat, héberge environ 80 enfants de tous âges, dont beaucoup souffrent de handicaps physiques et mentaux graves.
