Managing an aid project for AAV, is not just walking around, shaking hands and posing for pictures, but involves a lot of background work. From fundraising back in Luxembourg (the beginning of every project), over the setup of contracts, the analyzing, managing, supervision, control, accounting, writing of reports up to the final discharge, is a long way and involves many helping hands.

The pagoda has a small dispensary, that offers traditional Vietnamese medical treatments, such as acupuncture, reflex massages etc., as well as medicine to the poor people of the district.

The House of Te Phan, is a catholic operated orphanage, located in district 3 of Ho Chi Minh City. Under the care of Fr. Binh and Sr. Minh Thu, the orphanage provides accommodation for around 80 children of all ages, many of them with severe physical and mental handicaps.
